No, it's not that it's bad for you, it's just that there are more carbs

in it that in some of the low-carb protein shakes. You will still want

to make sure you're getting your calcium but all in all when drinking

so much milk there are a lot of carbs that go along with it that could

slow weight loss. Just my 2 cents worth.
