I assume you've been told to drink all that milk for protein? If so, please do

some research, and consider switching to very low sugar protein drinks, made

with water? If you switch, your protein intake will be higher, your sugar

intake lower, and your weight loss faster.

I do 6 protein shakes/day, each is about 4-5 ounces, so we're drinking

comparable amounts of fluid for comparison.

Each of my shakes contains 30 grams of protein, and less than 4 grams of sugar.

So that's 180 grams of protein, 24 grams of sugar.

By comparison, your milk totals only 32 grams of protein, and a whoppong 48

grams of sugar.

So, I get 6 times as much protein, and only half the sugar. I believe that the

sugar in milk will make *me* fat again, too.

Great tasting, safe protein drinks can be purchased from Vitalady.com, they also

sell sample sizes of all of 'em.

Good luck with weight loss, with protein intake, and happy losing.

Subject: 1 Month Post-Op! :)

I'm so excited, I'm 1 month post-op (technically Sunday) and I've

lost

33 pounds and 17.5 " , I'm back to exercising, eating most foods except

meats and breads, drinking all my milk (32 oz. a day) and feel great!

My skin, hair, and nails have never been so healthy :).
