I think they have a new > customer. Gee, I guess I didn't complain to the right person or in the right way! My first order to Miss Roben's was made online on 8/21. I work during the day and don't have the time to call during " regular hours " , so I thought the web ordering was a great idea.... When we hadn't received it on the 27th, I emailed their customer support WITH the confirmation number. They said they never received the order but would send it if I told them what I had ordered. I did, but forgot to include my address (dopey me) and I only check my email once a day, so there was added day of delay.... We finally received the order on 9/7, but no overnight shipping, no credit. Heck, I got a free cookbook for ordering from the Gluten-Free Pantry on-line and there wasn't even any problem! The free mixes with certain order amounts are nice, and the person who emailed me was polite, but I'm not sure I like the " undocumented features " of the website giving me a confirmation number but not submitting the order enough to try them again.
