Essex support group on Saturday 30th

Hi Everyone

I hope you are all ok, im a neuro sarc here amongst other areas i suffer, im

holding a support group on saturday 30th in Basildon, if any of you are near by

or want to come, would love to meet you all.

We can all share and vent there too, have a good rant.

The time is 3pm to 5pm drop in anytime.

we will have refreshments there too.
