Guest guest
Debbie, I can't help you with Honeysuckle ground turkey but I just thought I would comment that it's not at all hard to grind your own. I don't have a fancy, electric grinder or food processor or anything like that. I have the old-fashioned hand grinder like my mother had a million years ago. Our store had a great sale this past few days on skinless boneless chicken breasts so we got a couple of packages and fixed two for dinner and I ground the rest. I cooked some while breaking it into small pieces, froze four turkeyburger patties, and made the rest into chicken meat loaf. It really isn't hard to grind your own. You just turn the handle. Of course a more modern gadget would be quicker! Also, does anyone know about the Honeysuckle white ground turkey? I called a long time ago and they said they just use rosemary, but I didn't ask what they do to it before grinding. I emailed but no response, and can't find the phone number anymore. Thanks!
