Soy Allergy Note: Spectrum Naturals Shortening and risk of soy cross contamination

Allergy Note:

We have just recently discovered and confirmed with the Spectrum company

that they also produce a soy based margarine on the same line as the

shortening. And though they clean their lines extensively between runs, a

risk of cross contamination with both soy protein and lecithin exists at
