Guest guest
so nonfat milk is bad for us?????????????????? i'm confused now. > > - > > I assume you've been told to drink all that milk for protein? If so, please do some research, and consider switching to very low sugar protein drinks, made with water? If you switch, your protein intake will be higher, your sugar intake lower, and your weight loss faster. > > I do 6 protein shakes/day, each is about 4-5 ounces, so we're drinking comparable amounts of fluid for comparison. > > Each of my shakes contains 30 grams of protein, and less than 4 grams of sugar. Guest guest
Actually I bet you're exactly right. My husband and I used to use Carb Control EMS shakes, high protein, low sugar, and only about 100 cals. I guess because my doctor's office tends to want us away from the protein drinks I focused on the milk...go figure . Thanks, there's so much to re-learn . What does your 320/305/160/150 mean? I used to think the triple #'s meant beginning/current/goal. > > - > > I assume you've been told to drink all that milk for protein?
