new and need help

Hi, my name is and I had gbrny on 12-11-01 and lost 126 and

have gained around 20 or so back. I am scared and frantic. I don't

want to go back to were I came from but can't seem to get back on

track. I need help. I know I am suffering from depression and I have

an appointment this week to see about getting some help there. But I

know I have to do some of it too. Anyone out there having trouble or

been where I am now? What did you do to get back on track? HELP!!!!

I'm lost and just can't seem to get myself pulled together.

Hi ,

I'm new to this site as well....I had my Lap RNY in December of 2001 too. I

weighed 283 and now I'm at 175...I could stand to loose about 15 lbs more,

however I just don't feel like putting any effort into it right now. Right now

I'm in a size 12, and would like to be in a size 10. That would be just right

for me. You mentioned that you have put on some weight back on. Are there

certain foods that your attracted too ???? I'm at work right now and will be

here for about another 20 minutes....If you can't reply right away I will be

back in tomorrow morning at 8am central time.
