Hi

Ear popping was one of the most frustrtaing things i had to live

with post-op. My surgeon said that it is normal for about 2 weeks

after surgery, but mine lasted about 8 weeks, going from having it

every day to in the last week only once or twice...I am now nearly

12 weeks post-op and it has stopped happening. Your ears, nose,

mouth are all connected and any change in one affects the

other...like when you have a sore throat or cold. i don't know why

mine carried on for so long but I found it so irritating. I noticed

my ears seemed to pop after I had done some activity, like walking

around the mall...it would then last hours...the only way it seemed

to go away was from resting, lying or sitting down. And i tended to

talk through my nose the whole time because of it.

I am sure yours will go away very soon!!
