Guest guest Posted September 13, 2001 Report Share Posted September 13, 2001 Kathy - I know many DS posties who have a glass of whole milk each morning and that helped IMMENSELY with their constipation -- and keeps them regular. I haven't had the problem, but they swear by it. So, if you're not lactose intolerant you might want to give it a try. Sounded like a weird solution to me -- but they says it absolutely works for them. Eating high fat would also be a possible solution.
