Not losing . . .

Are you using protein drinks? Low-no sugar, predigested whey protein drinks? I

find them invaluable . . . I do 6/day+ . . . and I eat 3-4 times/day (small,

1-2 oz meals).

I get safe protein powders from VItaLady.com, where you can order inexpensive

samples to try before you buy the whole jug.

I've lost 160 lbs . . . still losing. Was 320, now ~160, was size 28, now SIZE

8, 5'10 " .

I am about 5 1/2 months out and have only lost 55 pounds. I dont know

what i am doing wrong. it freaks me out. i wanted this surgery so

badly and it is not working. I did check out that other website and found

that I am on the low average. but I have hit some severe plateus.

HELP ...... I walk every day. I dont eat carbs. I drink lots of

water...... I eat protein, fruits and vegs. I take

vitamins....... I dont know what else I can do....

Wow! congrats! And good advice on the whey protein drinks. Do

you prepare them or have you found some that are already prepared?
