Guest guest Posted March 22, 2005 Report Share Posted March 22, 2005 I'm hoping that what you're having done is genioplasty, rather than angioplasty, since the latter is a procedure that's done to remove plaque from the blood vessels around your heart! I know. Just teasing. It's hard to get used to all these big, new words... Genio is generally slicing the chin and sliding a part of it forward or backward, depending on your needs. Don't be upset about waiting. The procedures have improved in those nine years, and the docs have learned much more about doing them. It sounds as though you need some fairly complicated help, and I hope you'll be pleased with your results, this time, when all is said and done! cammie > > Thanks for the response!
