Re: feeling left out and update on me (long)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to address this situation as best I can.....I am not good with words, like Tracie, but here goes. Like , I too have experienced posts that were ignored (or at least I thought they were) at a time when I have been really sick and not myself. When I feel better, I realize that I am not being ignored............it is just that others are sick also and busy. For me, I have very little energy and have severe breathing problems, so I MUST divide my energy where I can. I am pulled in lots of directions as I have several children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren who all need me and want me (thank God). It is hard to have anything left for housework, cooking, cleaning, church, this list, or anything else after you take all the Doctor appts out! Of course, you ALL know this without me telling you.

I have been pretty ill since last Spring and fighting sinus infections ALL the time. I cannot seem to get it cleared up, even with all the anti-biotics and etc. I have been back on the dreaded prednisone ( I HATE IT) and even that did not clear it up. I am also having a LOT of trouble with my legs swelling........sometimes they get 3 and 4 times the size they should be and have lots of pain. Enough about me........just wanted you to know.

I have been answering lots of the posts and I DO READ EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM! I answer those that I can and offer help when I can. I do not have a medical background but I do have a technical one so I do a lot of work behind the scenes. I do check the list every day to see if anyone's email is bouncing and fix that. I also help out when someone has problems connecting to the list or whatever. I have been cleaning out the messages that are not needed and that is a job as I DO READ EACH ONE in case there is something in the message that we need to keep. This will help make it easier and faster to search the archives. I work on this every day, as well as updating files.

I guess what I am trying to say is we have a wonderful family here and a big one. We are ALL sick or we would not be here. Please remember that when your post does not seem to get answered or you feel ignored............it is just that we are all sick and will get to it soon as we can. Please do your part in posting -- you never know when it will make someone's day. As far as religion, I will tell you upfront that I am a Christian and I love my GOD, but I do not and will not push my faith on anyone else. There are many different religions and I know that each person loves their GOD just as I love mine. I will state that I am praying for you, but that is as far as I go. There are two things in the world that I will not argue about and that is religion and politics. There is no big winner there. We all have out own beliefs.

Please know that I love you all and am so thankful for this family. Hopefully we will all have a better 2010 and hopefully, all our mods and owners will get back to feeling lots better.
