lost the same 2-3 pounds. i am taking in about 500-600 calories a day and i am

exercising some each day usually doing a walk away the pounds dvd for 1 to1 1/2

miles. i am getting in about 60 oz of water and eating about 60 grams of protein

on the avg. at a web site i go to some seem to think i need more calories. i

Congratulations on 28lbs gone!!! I hit a plateau at 6 weeks out. Your body

is just trying to catch up with all the major changes. As for gaining and

losing the same 2 or 3 lbs....don't weigh yourself every day. Once a week at

most, and make sure you weigh at the same time every day. I can weigh myself

5 times a day and get 5 different weights. Keep walking, try to drink a

little bit more water....I would try to eat a little more in the way of

calories as well. My surgeon has me eating 6 times a day. Small meals...a

protein drink or glass of milk can count as a meal. I've lost 60lbs in the

first 3 months and am at another plateau. They suck, but they go away. Good

luck :o)
