Guest guest
Correct me, please, if I'm wrong, but I believe the Davinci syrups are made with Splenda. No Aspartame. I actually just got my lazy self up and checked this...and it is Splenda. So go for the SF with your coffee....nothing to fear but sugar itself! Regards~ jacque BREAKFAST 20 ounce (super huge) Non-Fat Vanilla Bean Latte. Someone once told me to switch to half/half, but it's just TOO rich for me. I don't do Sugar Free stuff because I do not want the Nutrasweet.

Guest guest
Lee Anne, as an old timer (REAL old timer), I never even heard of protein drinks until I joined this list. I don't care for them either. But, I try and compensate by eating a lot of low fat cheese, SF yogurt and other foods that have a higher protein content. Part skim mozzarella (string) cheese has nearly 8 gms per ounce. Here are some others: Approximate Protein in Selected Foods Foods Protein Content Ostrich 10 grams/ounce Beef 7 grams/ounce Poultry 7 grams/ounce Fish 7 grams/ounce Large Egg 7 grams/egg Milk 8 grams/cup Cheese (eg.
