Guest guest Posted March 17, 2010 Report Share Posted March 17, 2010 Actually pre-SCD (after getting ill) I could not eat chocolate at all. Recently, I tried that brand in dark chocolate. I had such pain in my colon area (but no other reaction) that I am so over it. My gut has felt 'kicked' for several days now. It hasn't been pleasant. I'm back on soft foods. The mind is funny, you think something sounds sooo good then it's such a disappointment either via taste or discomfort afterwards. Maybe it's just me but I've never missed something and had satisfaction after 'finally' eating it again except maybe with the exception of salads. Even that has to be in moderation. I love being able to eat both the food and the dish that it was previously in =) Not sure why, it just seems like such a neat concept!
