Meli: All my life I have had frequent bouts of diarrhea. One thing

I learned is that the diarrhea was the way my body got rid of water

retention. (esp. the diarrhea where I didn't feel ill, just couldn't

get away from the toilet) Since you are just coming from a 2 pound

gain/plateau, you have probably been retaining fluid. If diarrhea is

not a chronic problem the use of Flagyl may not be needed.

I hope your bum and your husbands nose gets relief soon.

Meli,

Did you eat some fat or an increased amount of fat? That is what does it

for me and just runs its course.

For the Flaygl, Dr Welker prescribed 250 mg for Mike to take 1 tablet 3

times a day and then 1 a day as needed. That is based on a weight of 248

for him. Also remember to eat yogurt 2-3 times a day and take acidophlius

while taking it. Within hours you will notice the smell is GONE! (well the

gagging smell anyway lol)

Hugs, Judie

!!!! I am impressed!!!!! You have done better then I have! Just hang in

there, don't beat yourself up. We are all human therefore we will always

make mistakes (thank goodness...sometimes good things come from mistakes).

Sounds like you are doing the right stuff with the therapy. It is hard work,

but you know...you have about 3000 people here pulling for you .... Having

been there done that or going through it NOW. You are far from being alone.
