Guest guest
Hi Halley! That's funny what your ob said. My SIL had a baby 5 months ago..she's one of those " 98 lbs. soaking wet " type women, and her 2nd was 8 lbs. 3 oz., she had a rough delivery, needless to say. So she was really nervous about #3, and it was a boy to boot! (The first 2 were girls) Anyway, short story long :-), I kept telling her the same thing--just start smoking like a chimney!! :-) (I was kidding everyone--this girl doesn't even drink coffee when pg!!!) Right now we're happy at 3. But we've done pretty badly at spacing our children in the past, so I'm not holding my breath! They're each about 2 yrs apart...and Ava's heading on 16 months...so it should be anyday now! :-) I'd really like a break though! How many do/will you have? > > > > > > > > > > Hello, > > > > > > > > > > I went for a prenatal check yesterday and my baby is breech. Guest guest
Hey ! That's a big baby for a tiny little woman! Wow. The funny thing with me is people will ask how far along I am and many say " you don't look that big! " or " you look small for that stage " . It used to worry me b/c I thought maybe I should be carrying bigger or the baby wasn't growing properly but obviously that wasn't the case! 2 yrs apart is good, don't you think? Ours are pretty close-18 months and my son and this baby will be 16 months apart. We actually weren't trying to have them so close, it just worked out this way. I would love to have another but for me that would be five pregnancies really back to back so I am not sure if I want to be pregnant again. Plus, I will be 32 this November so I wouldn't want to wait too long if we were going to have more. It might be nice to get back into shape and have everyone sleeping through the night! My husband wants to " pack it in " after this one but he wants to adopt a 4th from a foreign country like maybe Haiti or S.Africa or something. I like this idea too. We'll see, this baby was a big suprise! We were taking measures not to get pregnant and then we were shocked to find out we were expecting again so soon. I actually just bought a pregnancy test because I was going to do a herbal detox and I thought I should just make sure I wasn't before starting and sure enough, I was! It will nice to have them spaced so close especially as they get older once we get through the chaos of the next year or two! I love big families too...both my husband and I have small families and i think it is nice for us, our kids, their kids to have lots of family around. Well, maybe you'll be posting an annoucement on here soon! Guest guest
That shot is likely heprin (sp?). It's a blood thinner. And yes, the bruises last forever (it seems). Ron Re: Re: Hi I had the shot in the stomach directed to my thighs and my arms... I think I would have rather had it in my stomach though now thinking abut it.. it is a very fine needle but they do it quickly I had a bruise on my arm for weeks and I mean like 5-6 weeks.. Kristie They did this a few times while I was in the hospital---- "seren.dipity2b" wrote: > > --Thanks for describing your experience.
