Anyone got a helmet NHS funded in England ?

Hello again

Has anyone in England managed to get NHS to fund their childs helmet? My

daughter is anxious to go ahead regardless with her baby's band as the plagio

has been diagnosed by Dr Blecher at Ahead4babies as 'severe' at 25mm

asymmetrical , rather than wait for the slow wheels of applying to the NHS , but

does anyone have experience of either waiting and going this route, or applying

retrospectively ? Ive heard a couple of NHS like Bristol accept it as a matter

of course, but whats the procedure if you live outside such an area? I read

somewhere that NICE is re evaluating helmet wearing - dont know whether its

true, but the part of their website on policy for that issue has been suspended.
