I haven't had surgery yet, but I highly recommend using Differin Gel

for acne. It's only available by prescription and either your general

doctor or dermatologist can prescribe it. It's very gentle on the skin

and doesn't burn like some types of acne treatments. I've been using

it for three years and it has really improved my skin. For those of

you with bad skin after surgery, its worth giving it a try.
