I've been eating all sorts of scd legal foods like muffins, juices, veggies, and meats. I'm getting better because of medicine, so when I start to ween off, how will I know what to stop eating?? If you think you react to something, take it out. Get a bit more stable, and once you are stable at your level of weening (don't do it toofast) after a little while, reintroduce. I can't eat chicken soup for months while I ween down, plus what if i've been reacting to the carrots?Try beef soup. Marilyn reacted to the carrots for months after she started. Eatzucchini or spinach instead. Or kale in the soup - if you don'treact to that. Mara
