Wow, you are sure a pro when it comes to braces after wearing them

all those years. As far as the staining goes with the ceramic

braces, the ceramic brackets themselves do not stain. It is the o-

rings that stain. I drink quite a bit of coffee along with tea and

my ceramic brackets have yet to stain. When I was wearing the o-

rings a while back, I couldn't wait to get them changed because of

how stained they were. When the OD changed them my braces looked

brand new again. Luckily I haven't had to deal with the o-rings in

almost a year. My OD has wire twisted around the brackets, so I do

not have to worry about any staining with my ceramic brackets!!
