This is one of my favorite meals. I love it especially with chopped

up hotdogs, but as you all know, it's a little difficult to eat this

type of stuff 2 weeks post op. So to cure this fixation, I poured a

box of macaroni elbow noodles into a ziplock bag, and crushed them

into the smallest pieces with a rolling pin. Now my macaroni's are

edible just to swallow. I had to make sure I made it extra

creamy/runny and viola...MAC and CHEESE. Now I just have to figure

out how to get the hotdog in there.

I was so excited, that I wanted to share it with someone who knows

what it's like to yearn for your favorite meals, but can't eat it.

Baby steps...

Hahah - That's so funny... I love mac and cheese too (I hate cheese,

but that's fake cheese) and, being a bit over 2 weeks post-op, I

couldn't take it anymore and dumped it in the blender. It took me

forever to scrape it out, but at least I got to taste it, despite the

crummy texture. I should be good for a while. :)

I blended broccoli as a side too (usually my favorite with KD), but

that didn't turn out too well.
