Guest guest
I'm Becky. I had a proximal RNY 10/01/01, so I'm almost 2 years post-op. I've lost 95 pounds and am working hard (Weight Watcher's, jogging, lifting weights) to lose the last 30. I eat healthy, take supplements religiously and am enjoying the journey. I joined this site to care and share. Life is GOOD.
Guest guest
Hey Beth- Welcome to the group. I live in Mather, near Folsom, and stay very active. I go to the gym 4-5days/wk, play softball and soccer and have just taken up bike riding. I have some weekdays off and that's usually when I do most of it. Anyway, let me know what you think!
