Guest guest
I have found since my surgery that foods I once loved, aren't so lovable anymore...lol. Was also very surprised that I haven't had a craving for anything yet. I miss things but don't crave them. I was a true chinese food eater, but I've been able to eat a little bit of peanut butter chicken and shrimp so that makes me happy. My diet really consists of cheese, crackers, protein bars and fish of some sort. I don't do well with red meats or chicken yet. Guest guest
Thats a great drop Ray. The only reason I weighted in was at my doc apt. I dont go back now until 8/5 for next check up. I dont own a scale. My daughter has one and it only went to 250 when I got on it went around to the 0 again. My grandson said " Wow Grandma that was kool how did you do this " . I must admit I did have a good laugh out of it all but was ready to throw the scale out the damn window. LOL Tammy In PA
Guest guest
Tammy, Not to worry, I went through this as well. Only lasted until I was able to eat actual food. Wow, 29 pounds in three weeks, awesome!. The inches will go away, just stay on the plan and you'll see the changes. I'm just over 160 days postop and have dropped 112 pounds, down from a 54 pant size to a 44. I feel great and getting lots of compliments which I rarely, if ever, got before. Just be P A T I E N T. Good things are going to happen in a blink of an eye. Enjoy the ride and stop the worrying and stay off the scale for a couple of weeks, otherwise it will drive you mad. -Ray > Help !!!!!!!
