Hmmn.. last time I checked, social workers weren't exactly the

pinnacle of medical knowledge & IDC-9 codes except for those that they

deal with on a regular basis... Asked my MD about this & was told that

dysthmia is chronic low-grade depression.. so I'll take his word as

correct.
