I'm the same way, it seems like one extreme to another. Protein first, then

fruits and veggies. It gets easier as time goes by.

I can only imagine how it felt not to buy that shirt. I was at Walmart last

night and kept telling my boyfriend he will NOT be shopping in the Plus Sizes

much longer. I refuse to buy anymore FAT CLOTHES. I am boxing them up for my

Big Sis and cant wait until she can join us on the pre-op. Her insurance making

her do diet for 6 mths. But she is a big insperation to me. I cant wait for

her !!!!!
