I found that Land o Lakes makes a tub-style butter/olive oil combination. The

only ingredients are " sweet cream, olive oil and salt " so it should be legal.

It's fairly new in St. Louis, so it might not be available yet in all areas. It

softens in about 10 minutes.

Yep -- but why should I pay them to do the mixing when it's so

easy?
