That's a shame about the shipping. Are there comparable Canadian

companies? Maybe you can get in touch with a children's

clothing/shoe store and ask them to carry these brands. Just a

thought.

is 12 months and her feet are 4 inches exactly, which seems

to be a size 2 or 3 in a lot of shoes. However, her feet are very

fat so most shoes have a toe box that is way too small girth wise (I

know that isn't the best phrase, but I'm not sure what they call the

fatness of the feet!). Just as with women's clothing, there is so

much variation in shoe sizes that I just want to pull my hair out

trying to find her a pair!! Thank God for crib shoes. Thank God she

isn't walking yet or we'd be in big trouble, and out much $$ to

order those expensive preschoolians!

Size 5 seems so far away for us. I'm not sure how fast feet grow,

but I look at size 5's and they just look huge!! And yes, I do love

those cute little girl shoes and can't wait to buy some! I just

cannot justify spending almost $50 on a pair of Sunday shoes, and

since she isn't even standing yet, there really is no point. So we

will be in stocking feet this winter! Anyone know of where I can

find fleece slippers for fat, short feet?
