Guest guest
Hi Tammi Welcome to the best suport group in the world. Tammi Your back on track as of now. Your down 10 lbs and you joined this group. I agree things have changed since your surgery. Just stick with us and use your tool. 10 lbs in one month proves its still working for yu if yu let it. I think some of the regains are because we think we dont have to be deligent in our food. We dont ever want to diet again. Reality is at least for me I gota be mindful for the rest of my life, or ill be 332 lbs again. Like you I dont dump, I have to really watch my carbs. Am I perfect nope ive been playing with the same 5 lbs for 6 months. Sue posted a statement on this group ( I think) about being complacient and for some reason it really hit home with me. I coppied it and read and reread it, because it was me. Thank you Sue I realized the reason I havent reached my goal (15 lbs to go ) is because I havent been using my tool and ive become complacient. As Of monday I went on the SBD food plan and Im down 5 lbs. Still got the same 15 to loose cause I was up those darn 5 lbs. I have this panic mode if I hit 171. Thank God for panic. Please keep posting you have come to the right place Debby R (wa) > >To: Graduate-OSSG >Subject: Re: introdduction >Date: Wed, 23 Jul 2003 13:30:57 -0000 > >Hey Tammi >WELCOME!
