Dear Friends:

The North Carolina Community Health Center Association

invites you to register for the 21st East Coast Migrant Stream

Forum! The Forum will be held on October 23-25, 2008 at the Providence

Biltmore Hotel in Providence,

Rhode Island.

In line with this year’s theme “Protecting Our

Earth, Protecting Farmworkers”, the conference is doing its best to “GO

GREEN” therefore no hard copy registration brochures will be mailed out. Don’t

worry though; you can still view the brochure on our website at www.ncchca.org (under events). Here you

will find all updated information including registration! You can choose

to register online or download and submit a completed form to us. Late registration begins September 19, 2008.

To make it a little easier click on the links below!

3.) Steve Shore Community Catalyst

directly or indirectly involved in farmworker health, whose work has incited

positive change in the health and wellness of the farmworker community in the

“host state” of the East Coast Migrant Stream Forum or a cluster of

states. In 2008, the Forum’s host state is Rhode

Island and eligible for this award are those located within the New

England States (Connecticut, Maine,

Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode

Island and Vermont).
