Guest guest
I started the SCD diet 2 days after Christmas when a friend gave me a copy of BTVC. I had been sick with a severe IBS flare up since the beginning of November. I was losing weight rapidly. I had been sick with IBS for the last 23 years. The diet gave me hope and Ive been feeling alot better but still not 100% and I knew something else was wrong. Last week at the Drs I requested a blood test for Candida and hde just called me and said I tested positive and the antibody was a rate of 105 when it should be between 0-29. He said for it to be so high I must have had it for a very long time. Does anyone have any info on this?? What can do to kill this off? he said we didnt need to do a blood test for a few more months and to stay on the SCD diet. Thanks, SCD 1 1/2 months IBS-D
