Guest guest Posted August 8, 2001 Report Share Posted August 8, 2001 I'm wondering if you mean bean thread noodles - very translucent and looks a lot like some rice noodles. Very easy to prepare and works really well in stir frys and soups. I eat them a lot. Another possibility is spaghetti squash. You bake the squash and then use a fork to pull out the fibrous center that looks a lot like linguini. I used to eat this all the time - I really love it.
