Guest guest
OK, well that bums me out now. I'm not a liver freak, but I do like it occasionally for a change. I've always had a rough time with chicken, and can only do filet mignon when it comes to steak, so my options can get rather limited at times. Thank goodness I love fish, cause boredom sets in rather quickly, and I'm just not a very good cook. ) in NJ *************************** In a message dated 7/12/2003 7:15:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time, FBayuk writes: > On the liver question. Guest guest
Ray, I don't know for sure, but I have to believe that you'd have to eat a ton of liver for your Vit A to reach toxic levels. in NJ ********************** > My point about eating liver is that the high levels of vitamin A > (retinol) can raise your vitamin A levels to a toxic level. > > Ray Hooks > For WLS nutrition info, visit > http://www.bariatricsupplementsystem.com > >
