Guest guest
Yeast die- off can take many forms. Most people report flu-like symptoms except for fever. Aches, pains, ect. Skin rashes, severe headache and nausea. It also depends on where the yeast is what symptom you get. Yeast can grow around any organ, be in the ears, sinuses, contribute to brain fog. Usually die- off reactions start on day three and continue until about day ten of taking a yeast killer. Things that help the reaction not be so severe would be Yellow dock tea, red clover tea, pruification oil from Young Living Essential oils, (other essential oils that help: Juva flex, melrose, peppermint) Candida albicans is not the same type of yeast that is in bread yeast. You do not have to avoid bread yeast unless you have an allegy to it. Usually if you have an allergy to molds you will/might have an allergy to bread yeast. Don't take your child off the yeast killer just because they are having a reaction. Wait at least ten days to see if it was die-off. OTher forms of natural yeast killers are: garlic and meleleuca oils. if anyone wants to know how to use them let me know. Ps. I am a chiropractor who has been dealing with yeast patients for 15 years. __________________________________________________
