Thanks, Pam - I doubled up on my water aerobics today - I'm really

pushing for the next few weeks!

Great attitude, Cathy! You'll get there...it sounds like you are motivated, and ready for all of this. Use your time, learn and grow...be kind to your body...and soon you'll be dazzled by the changes in your life.
