Guest guest
Rose, sorry to hear about the pain but I am glad that you finally got your procedures done. The did not have any pain post my surgeries as they had me on that codiene and valium. The only thing that I have going on now is numbness (tummy). My surgeon said it might go away and it might not. Whether it does not not does not matter as there is no pain and its not even noticeable until I touch my belly. As your swelling goes away, you will see the beauty inspite of the scars. My plastics was performed on April 19th so I am so I am 7 weeks out. I can't even complain. My skin removal from my tummy was 2.5 pounds so I did not have very much and I had two drain tubes. They did not hurt but it took me 13 days before they came out because I kept draining a lot. I thought I would have to at least go out and buy new shirts but my shirts still fit. I wish you well on your recovery and I can't wait until your swelling is all gone so you can brag on yourself :>) Pam Marsh --- armymom1961 wrote: > Hi Everyone, > Sorry it took so long for me to update you on my > progress. Well here it is. I had my tummy tuck/breast lift, implants on May 31st. I have been having allot of pain from the tummy side. I had 3 tubes which were finally removed on wends this week. Now I have to wear 2 girddles for support. The pain from this procedure for me has been allot worse than my gastric bypass surg of course that was done lap but still I didn't think it was going to be this bad. I'm finally just getting to take my pain med or a valium at bedtime only. I do walk like recommended. So far I love the results the scar is across the bikini area hip to hip but it is so thin. My belly button was able to be saved so that was great news for me. The breasts well they are perky and the scars well they don't show they are underneath except for the nipple area but that is hardly noticible at this point. I understand that the swelling will be around for awhile so I can't tell the total overall beauty of this yet but time will allow me to see the results. Again its that patience word that we all hate. Anyway doing ok..Take careRose Colleen

Guest guest
Congratulations Rose! I'm sure you'll be thrilled with time. I still haven't decided whether I'll get any plastic surgery. If I do, it will be after I have a baby...if I am able to have a baby at my ripe old age! Robynnarmymom1961 wrote: Hi Everyone,Sorry it took so long for me to update you on my progress.
