Hello everyone! My daugher has a fever of 102 and I can't find what to give

her. She is four. What medication can I give her to reduce the fever?? It

has to be WF/GF color, preservative, etc... free. YIKESS!!! Please email me

directly, my hubby is on standby to run to the drugstore! Thanks!!! Anne
