Shirley,

does it feel kinda like a tendon gets caught on the bone? I have that too

and it makes me very cautious in how I move my legs. It hasnt happened

while sleeping but it has happened while walking and oh boy......once it

locks like that I can not move for a long time! And such pain!

Are the bone spurs on your feet? If so they will go away after surgery!
