When I came out of the hospital after having my gall

bladder removed, I had the worse case of the runs. It

just wouldn't stop. I finally called my doc and he

prescribed lomitril or something like that to stop the

problem. I would take one after each bathroom run (no

pun intended!) and it only took a few pills to make me

just fine.

I wonder why docs don't prescribe this for problems

from WLS.

But doesn't yogurt have a lot of sugar? Does anyone have a guide on

how much sugar we can ingest without it really affecting our weight

loss?

It may have natural milk sugars, just like milk, but as for the

goodies in it, there is yogurt made with Nutrasweet, and there is

plain yogurt. --Steve
