You were at 353. Let us say your goal was 153. That'd be 200 to lose.

You lost 142 (or 71%)

You're not at 243 (for round numbers), which would be 56%.

If you're a proximal RNY, that's above the national average, actually. By

most standards, you are considered a success if you lose & maintain 50%

and/or get rid of your comorbs.

BUT, I know what you mean about how YOU feel, never mind the technicalities.

What kind of surgery did you have? Who's the doc? What kind of post-op

regimen were you given?

I am wondering if you are really wanting to know the percentages or if

you are wanting to do something different. The only reason I ever want

to know percentages is to either find out my progress or beat myself up.

I am going to make a suggestion and hope you are not offended. I think

therapy would help tremendously. It has helped me in the past to deal

with why I was eating and my new body image. I am considering going back

to therapy as soon as medicare kicks in.
