CE,Hi my name is Bob Casper I rarely post, but I read the post as they come out. Anyway, I have what is a Gazelle exercise machine. When I bought about three years ago is was roughly $300. The reason that I bring this up is that it is very easy to use and it protects your joints in your ankles and knees. You can hold on to the sides and go very slow. I have found that over time my legs have decreased in size and my stamina and wind is much better. You need to take it very slow, but over time you will notice a difference. It will help with your weight and you can stablize where you are at or maybe lose a couple of pounds. The reason that I like it is because I am very secure on the machine and I can take it at my own pace. Over time it will also limber your lower body up

stretching the muscles. I have been diagnosed with Neurosaroidosis since August of 1996, I have had a portion of my lung removed and have had many seisures, brain fog, loss of memory, but the good Lord has seen me through all of it. I was up to 300 pounds and was not feeling good about myself and decided that no one understood my disease or could give me the motivation to improve my circumstances and that is when I decided to turn to the Lord and ask Him to give me the strength and will power to change things around. I use my gazelle every day now if only for a few minutes. I have good and bad days, and all of the effort is worth it. I have been hospitalized many times yet I keep coming back. CE, I will pray for you that God would send you some relief and a method by which you can get some of your feeling back in your legs and the weight down. It will require some effort and I will help encourage you through the process if you would like. You

may be able to find one of these machines on Ebay or Craiglist for much cheaper, it is worth a try.ml;mWarm regards, Bob CasperTo: Neurosarcoidosis Sent: Sunday, January 11, 2009 7:14:19 PMSubject: Re: hello gang

The only thing that helps the heavy feeling, and gets me going again, is having my husband lift my legs up and in toward me, and doing this a few times, helps for a little while. But I still find at the end of the day, they feel heavy again. such is liferight.
