Guest guest Posted June 22, 2003 Report Share Posted June 22, 2003 Tara, From what my doctor told me....if I do not get the proper amount of sleep, no matter what I do to lose weight will be a tough job...my body is tired...and all the energy that I do have goes to keep me going throughout the day...and without eating right in the first place...I am in a no win situation.... So I am working on my sleep pattern also...which is hard since I too am used to going to bed around 3 to 5 am....and up at 8 to 9am...Just " my " views....
