I have a few questions. I am now at a little over 11 weeks post-op. I

get in 75g protein daily and take my supplements( adeks, chromagen

forte, actigall, daily multivitamin) and drink atleast 64 ounces of

liquid every day. I am exhausted atleast 50% of the time. Saturdays

and Sundays are frequently spent sleeping. Is is normal to still feel

so exhausted at this point in my recovery?

My second question is about citrical versus Viactiv chews. Why is

calcium citrate better than regular calcium? If so why did my

nutritionist tell me take 3 viactiv chews every day? Shouldn't she

know about the types of calcium and their absorbption?
