Guest guest
Good question. Two years ago, I lost 95lbs on a liquid fast and I was (pleasantly) surprised that some of that included my feet. I went from a 9.5 wide to an 8-8.5, still wide though. Of course, it depends on the brand of shoe. In European sizes, I was somewhere between a 39-41, depending on the shoe. I did buy a few new pairs of shoes, but not many since I could still wear my old ones. Now, of course, I'm glad I didn't turn into " Imelda " because I gained all the weight back and can't fit into the shoes I bought! HAH! Guest guest
Yes, your shoe size will get smaller depending on how much weight you lose. I'm at almost 6 months and 100 lbs down, my shoe size has gone from a very tight 11 WW to a loose 10 1/2 M. You will be getting slimmer everywhere. And as a warning to the ladies who use diaphragm for contraception that you are also loosing around the vagina. Your diaphragm may become loose and not be affective. Guest guest
The Robeez are awesome, they are a bit pricey but you can buy them really big and they will stay on so you can get lots of wear out of one pair, we LOVE them and Grace wears them everyday and in winter, we just put them on over her socks, works great =) & Grace > > > Hello, > > > > My daughter will be starting daycare part-time in a > > couple of weeks > > We have opted to have her time out of the 's > > be while she is > > there. Guest guest
Ponseti always told me barefooted was best too - and since the poor kids have to spend such an eternity in manditory shoe-wear with the FAB I'd just as soon give their feet a chance to be free anyway. s. Re: Shoes We love Zutano's booties for babies (good up to the point when they start walking). They are made in both fleece & cotton varieties. Our girls have never managed to take them off (unlike other brands we've tried). You can purchase them online at babycenter.com and redballoon.com. That means if it's too cold for barefoot then shoes with soft soles are best. (Funny really, when the DBBs have such hard soles...) Guest guest
I love Robeez for indoor and " light " outdoor use. They are also machine washable and hold up very well. For " barefoot is best " type shoes with a sole for heavier outdoor use- check out the award winning preschoolians. They have a huge assortmant of styles. They are a bit pricey and can take about a month to get once your order, but well worth the wait. Check them out at preschoolians.com. I love the fact that they have a clear sole in the toe area so that you can check the fit and see if they are getting too small. The sizing is a little strange, but you can request a measuring device for free to make sure you get an accurate fit.
