That's approximately what my immunologist told me to take, so I take the 3 capsules once a day. (My current bottle has 396 capsules, which is supposedly an extra 10% free; normal bottle has 360 capsules; so one bottle does last 132 days. Incidentally, the creatine in the ethyl ester HCL form is supposed to be more absorbable than other forms of creatine. You can get it online for about $28 a bottle. I've tried several other brands, but like these best; and many have junk added, including flavoring; or they come in powder form, which I don't like. I prefer to just pop some capsules. :-) n______________________________A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers.
