I went back to work last week after a total weight loss of 56lb (8lb of it was pre-op) I wear Birkenstock clogs, a rubber version for health care professionals. Not only are they now too long, but too wide as well. By the end of a 12 hour shift, My feet were blistered and raging. I was having to grip on to the shoes with my toes to keep them on, not to mention clomping every step of the way. I was so surprised, I figured it would take more than 50lb to see a difference, but for me it didnt!
