Are you aware that Dr. Marcus only accepts self-pay patients for the

BPD/DS? Would it be possible for you to get a referral approved to

see Dr. Elinary in Virginia? Dr. E. does accept insurance (not sure

if Kaiser is one, but its worth a shot). Don't be nervous- the only

" failure " resulting from this appointment will be the surgeon's- if he

*fails* to inspire confidence in you.. YOU will not fail. Try to keep

that in mind, OK, hun?
