Guest guest
Thanks, Amelia. I qualify for adrenal problems, I think. I have a fatty tumor on one gland - the doc says no problem because it's not growing, but I do get hormones checked once in a while and cortisol has been high. I was on synthroid for years, then armour thyroid for hypothyroid, but then my TSH went really low, so I weaned off of it and now my TSH stays low normal. When I started thyroid medication in 1988 it made the biggest difference of anything I had ever done. Then when my second child was born when I was 40 it was as if I wasn't even taking it. My doc had me increase dosage, but made me feel tight in my chest, so went back to my regular dose. Then a few years ago went off all together. I was taking iodine until I started the intro diet last Mon. Will probably add it back in soon. I've seen that website before. Will review it again - thanks! We are wonderfully and fearfully made!! Guest guest
Hi Debbie Did you feel good when your tsh was really low? Also there is no point in taking thyroid medication if your ferritin is low that could explain the tightness in the chest.
