Guest guest
I sometimes use products that have cross contamination issues but it is stuff that I cannot find in other brands. Like Tropical Source chocolate chips are the only ones around here I can find so I only use them once in awhile. The gfcf diet list is probaly not as accurate as it could be. I don't think everyone sends in cross contamination issues or that it is no longer gfcf as quickly as we do if it is gfcf. I very rarely look at that list anymore. I have my own list in my head and I am constantly calling manufacturers. It's not bad that you use it for your bible because it is supposed to be helpful. Also if you are not noticing any side effects with your son then I wouldn't worry about it. Some of these kids are highly sensitive to these foods while others are not. I hope that helped MA
